At Ability Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully prepare each order.
Due to the nature of skincare and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photographs of the item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For unopened and unused items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days once the return has been received and inspected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
